Submitting a journey request does not create a confirmed booking. A curator will verify availability, inclusions and final pricing in writing.
Payments and cancellation
Payment schedules, cancellation conditions and supplier-specific terms must be provided with the final proposal before acceptance.
Travel responsibility
Travellers are responsible for passports, visas, insurance and disclosing needs relevant to safe delivery of the agreed itinerary.
